My office is located at 35 King Street, in Burlington, VT, in the historic Gideon King House. This house was built in 1791 and has been beautifully restored. My office is Suite 6 on the second floor. We are located in the lower block of King Street in Burlington, near Lake Champlain. King Street runs parallel to Main Street, one block south of Main.
Directions
If you’re coming in on I-89, take Exit 14W to Burlington. You’ll be coming in on Main Street. Go down Main St. (towards the lake) to the end of Main, turn left onto Battery St., then take the first left onto King St. We are on your right, just past the large new building on the corner. You’ll see a red brick building, 35 King Street, which is the historic Gideon King House. This is us!
There is no sign in front of the building, but you will see a sign on the side of the building facing the lake. You can enter the front door or the side entrance. Come in and take the stairs. My office is on the second floor of the brick building.
Parking
Please do not park in the lot behind the building. This lot is only for those who work in the building and towing is enforced. Don’t risk getting towed! Park at metered parking on the street (one quarter = 15 min.). There is usually parking right in front of our building, also plenty in the blocks nearby. If you run short of quarters, just come on up to my office, I keep a box full of quarters to share. Please note: on some of the nearby streets (Champlain Street, Pine Street) you may be able to find free curbside parking.
GPS Users:
Sometimes a GPS will take you too far on King Street, all the way down to the ferry entrance. One client was staring out at the lake, wondering where my office was! Just come back up King Street. If you have gone past Battery Street, towards the lake, you have gone too far!
